Manny Efiong is co-owner of All-American Engineering & Manufacturing (AAEM) — a Minnesota-based precision machining company serving the defense, aerospace, and industrial supply chain. ISO 9001:2015 certified, operating with CNC precision capabilities and a shop floor built for complex, lower-volume runs.
In 2022, Enterprise Minnesota profiled AAEM twice — first in "The Important Pivot" for navigating COVID-era supply-chain changes and expanding into government prime contracting, then again in "Upward Mobility" for investing in workforce development and apprenticeship training.
